OUR STORY
Perch was founded in August 2015 when we opened our Lancing restaurant, since then we have opened another venue in Eastbourne in March 2020, completed a full renovation of the Southern Pavilion building at the end of Worthing Pier which opened in April 2022 and opened our newest site Perch Pizza on Worthing Beach in July 2023.
Whether you join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner our aim is to consistently provide customers with impeccable service, to have them leave our restaurant impressed and excited to come back again.
OUR STORY
Perch was founded in August 2015 when we opened our Lancing restaurant, since then we have opened another venue in Eastbourne in March 2020, completed a full renovation of the Southern Pavilion building at the end of Worthing Pier which opened in April 2022 and opened our newest site Perch Pizza on Worthing Beach in July 2023.
Whether you join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner our aim is to consistently provide customers with impeccable service, to have them leave our restaurant impressed and excited to come back again.
Perch on Lancing Beach - 2015
We purchased the building that is now Lancing Perch in 2011, and brought in Architects that specialise in zero-carbon design and development to re-design the building. Lancing opened in August 2015 starting with just 11 team members and now has over 40 team members. It is the largest carbon zero building in the South East of England, the roof is covered with solar panels, generating energy to run the cafe and gym.
Perch in Princes Park - 2020
We purchased our Eastbourne venue in March 2020 and initially closed it for a short refurb but the first lockdown meant that we opened later than we hoped, however this gave us the time to make the interior perfect with every finishing touch. We re-opened in July and have since been growing our team and expanding our offer for our customers.
Perch on Worthing Pier - 2022
We took over the Southern Pavilion building at the end of Worthing Pier in September 2019. Since then, we closed the building for a full renovation which was the largest project we’ve completed so far. We re-opened the building in April 2022 and have since been thrilled with the reception it's received by the public.
Perch on the Parade - 2023
After many summers of serving our Perch Pizza from our Lancing and Eastbourne sites. We had a passion for opening a standalone venue that served our pizza all year round. We purchased the venue in May 2023 and closed for a refurb of the interior, making it our own. We reopened in early July 2023, and have since been serving beachside pizza every day. You can find us on Worthing Seafront, near the Bayside apartments.
