Truffle and mushroom arancini rice balls with truffle mayo and parmesan.
Crispy camembert with a plum and apple chutney.
Massaman chicken skewers with pomegranate and coconut tzatziki.
MAINS
SLOW COOKED BEER SHORT RIB
With herb mash, roasted roots and bourguignon sauce.
HANDMADE BLACK LOBSTER AND CRAB RAVIOLI
With a lemon butter sauce, tomato salsa, garnished with king prawans and Italian hard cheese.
CHICKEN SUPREME
With wild mushrooms, potato gratin and honey and whole grain mustard sauce.
VEGETABLE TAGINE TART (VG)
Shortcrust pastry filled with a grilled vegetable sauce and topped with a mix of roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds and quinoa with hasselback potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
DESSERT
CHOCOLATE FONDUE PLATE
Chocolate brownie chunks, strawberries, banana, mini donuts and marshmallows with a pot of warm chocolate sauce for dipping.
