STARTERS

Roast parsnip and apple soup with parmesan crisp.

Smoked salmon with beetroot, charred sourdough and vodka crème fraiche.

Breaded deep-fried camembert with redcurrant sauce.

Chicken Yakitori skewers sesame seeds, ginger, coriander, soy and mirin.


MAINS

MEDALLIONS OF TURKEY

with sage and onion stuffing wrapped in smoked bacon, pig in blanket and gravy.

ROAST RIB OF BEEF

(lightly seasoned and falling off the bone) yorkie pud with a red wine and caramelised onion gravy. (£3 sup)

FILLET OF SALMON

with prosecco hollandaise.

CUMIN-SPICED BUTTERNUT SQUASH & LENTIL WELLINGTON

with mixed lentils in a filo pastry parcel.

Served with help yourself vegetables; roast potatoes, glazed carrots, roast parsnips, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower cheese and braised red cabbage.
